US Candidate Privacy Policy

SCOPE & OVERVIEW

This US Candidate Privacy Policy (“Candidate Privacy Policy”) applies to all job applicants and/or candidates of DuoDuo Warehouse Inc. dba DuoDuo Snacks (“Candidates”).


DuoDuo Snacks is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information, as defined below. This Candidate Privacy Policy describes how DuoDuo Snacks and its affiliates and related entities (collectively, “DuoDuo Snacks,” “we,” or “us”) collect and process personal information about you when you apply for jobs with us.


We adopt this Candidate Privacy Policy to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) as revised by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2023, and any terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this Candidate Privacy Policy.

  • DuoDuo Snacks customers (covered under our Consumer Privacy Policy);

  • Current or former employees or contractors (covered under a separate Colleague Privacy Policy); or

  • Third-party websites or apps you may access via links on our site.

For purposes of this Candidate Privacy Policy, “personal information” means any information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be associated with an identifiable individual.


When you apply for a job with DuoDuo Snacks, we may collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Identifiers and contact information, including:

    • Name, address, email address, and phone number

  • Professional and employment-related information, including:

    • Work experience, job titles, and prior employers

    • References and employment history

    • Proof of work eligibility

  • Education and training, including:

    • Schools attended, degrees, and certifications

  • Additional information you voluntarily provide, including:

    • Resume, cover letter, or portfolio

    • Availability, scheduling preferences, and compensation expectations

 

We generally do not require sensitive personal information such as health data, ethnicity, or criminal records unless legally required or directly relevant to your application.
