Role Overview
As part of the warehouse team, you will be responsible for keeping shelves fully stocked, organized, and visually appealing while supporting customers as needed. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment where efficiency, teamwork, and attention to detail are essential. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, reliable, and enjoys working collaboratively in a dynamic, trend-driven retail setting.
Key Responsibilities
Product Replenishment & Inventory
Replenish shelves to ensure products are well-stocked, properly faced, and visually presented.
Receive, unpack, and stock incoming deliveries with accuracy and efficiency.
Merchandising
Maintain clean, organized, and attractive shelves with accurate pricing and labeling.
Execute product facing, rotation, and basic merchandising standards to enhance store presentation.
Customer Support
Help customers in locating products and provide friendly, helpful support when needed.
Team Collaboration & Store Operations
Collaborate with team members to support smooth daily store operations.
Follow store procedures and complete other assigned tasks as required.
Qualifications
Detail-oriented with strong organization skills
Prior retail or stocking experience is a plus
Ability to handle multiple demands.
Regular, predictable attendance.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Demonstrates customer service awareness and approachability externally, and teamwork and cooperation internally
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
