Role Overview
As a Store Manager, you will serve as the primary leader and point of responsibility for the store. Within the company’s established operating framework and management guidelines, you will oversee daily store operations, team coordination, and execution. We are looking for a leader who demonstrates strong accountability, integrity, and steady judgment, and who can lead the team to operate the store in a reliable, organized, and trustworthy manner.
Key Responsibilities
Store Operations Management
Oversee daily store operations to ensure processes are executed smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards
Maintain store environment and visual merchandising standards to create a clean, modern, welcoming, and attractive shopping atmosphere
Supervise inventory management, replenishment cadence, and loss control, taking a responsible approach to improving inventory efficiency
Sales Performance & Operational Support
Monitor and follow up on store sales performance and daily results
Review and interpret basic sales data (e.g., traffic, average ticket, category performance) to support continuous improvement
Support and execute promotional activities and key product initiatives to encourage customer engagement and repeat visits
Cash Management & Operational Compliance
Oversee store cash handling and monitoring to ensure clear, accurate, and reliable records
Execute cash handling procedures honestly and with integrity, including register operations, cash reconciliation, and deposits
Safeguard cash security and minimize discrepancies, errors, and operational risk
Ensure store operations comply with company financial policies and procedures
Team Leadership & Development
Manage frontline hiring, training, scheduling, and daily staff supervision
Adjust staffing plans flexibly based on store needs, including holidays and peak business periods, and oversee schedule planning
Lead by example with strong leadership influence and team cohesion, fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and mutual trust
Motivate the team to maintain strong execution, stability, and collaboration
Support employee growth and internal development to build a stable, long-term team
Customer Experience Management
Ensure customers receive consistent, professional, and trustworthy service
Handle customer feedback and concerns responsibly to protect brand reputation
Demonstrate strong service awareness, communication skills, and organizational ability
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above
Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager preferred
Strong sense of accountability, integrity, and professional ethics
Ability to perform under pressure with consistent execution
Strong communication and customer service skills
Demonstrated leadership influence and ability to build team cohesion
Ability to flexibly adjust holiday and peak-period scheduling, with strong situational judgment and adaptability
Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin
