Role Overview
As a Stockroom Supervisor, you will oversee daily stockroom operations at the store level, ensuring accurate inventory management, efficient replenishment, and strong back-of-house execution. This is a non-customer-facing role focused on supporting store operations and sales performance through effective stockroom management. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, execution-focused leader who can guide teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Stockroom Operations & Inventory
Manage daily stockroom operations, including receiving, sorting, storage, and replenishment support
Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counts and stock checks
Coordinate timely replenishment based on store sales and operational needs
Ensure stockroom organization, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards
Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and execution issues
Partner closely with store front-end and cashier teams to support daily store operations
Coordinate price tag updates to ensure in-store pricing aligns with system records
Support promotional and seasonal activities through stockroom preparation and execution
Team Leadership & Training
Lead and supervise stockroom associates to ensure operational efficiency and execution quality
Support onboarding and skills training, including workflows, inventory procedures, and safety standards
Cross-Team Collaboration
Communicate effectively with store management teams to support business and replenishment needs
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in retail, stockroom, or back-of-house operations
Prior team leadership or shift lead experience preferred
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated team leadership and coordination skills
Comfortable working in a retail stockroom environment
Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred
